Our community utililzes JEA and Conservice. Residents are responsible for setting up utilities with these companies prior to move-in.

When is rent due and how do I pay?

Rent is due on the 1st and is considered late on the 3rd. You may pay your rent online by visiting our resident portal. If you have further questions, you may contact our leasing office team.

Does your community offer furnished apartments?

No, all apartment homes come unfurnished.

Is there in-unit laundry?

What appliances are included?

Is there air conditioning/heating?

Yes, each apartment comes equipped with AC/heat. If you have additional questions, please contact the leasing office.

Are there ceiling fans?

No, ceiling fans are not available within your apartment. For information regarding apartment home features, please visit the Features & Amenities page.

Is there parking available? Is it free or paid?

The parking options at our community include parking is first come first serve plus overflow parking. Please contact the leasing office for more information regarding our parking policy.

Is there a gym, pool, or common area?

No, our community does not offer a pool or gym.

Can I rent out amenity spaces for private events?

We do not have any areas which can be rented for private events.

Are pets allowed? If so, are there breed or size restrictions?

Are there EV charging stations?

Unfortunately, at this time we do not offer EV Charging Stations as an amenity in our community.

Are there grocery stores, restaurants, or schools nearby?

Yes, the community is conveniently located near local shopping centers, restaurants, and everyday conveniences in the surrounding area. Please contact the leasing office for more information about nearby shopping, dining, and local services.

What is the roommate policy?

All individuals 18 years of age or older are required to complete an application, receive approval, and be listed on the lease. Additional information regarding leasing an apartment with roommates is available within our leasing portal. For further details, please contact our leasing office team members.

Is there a maximum number of occupants?

The maximum number of occupants per apartment is 1-bedroom apartment: up to 3 occupants • 2-bedroom apartment: up to 5 occupants • 3-bedroom apartment: up to 7 occupants. Within our leasing portal, you will find more information about leasing an apartment with roommates. If you have additional information, please contact our leasing office team members.

Can guests stay over, and for how long?

Our guest policy is that guests are permitted at the community; however, per the lease agreement, guests may not reside in the apartment for more than 14 days during the lease term. For restrictions on guests, please consult your lease agreement or speak with our leasing office team members.

Is there guest parking available?

Guest parking is available at the community. Guests may park in designated guest parking areas; additional requirements, time limits, or restrictions may apply depending on community guidelines. Contact the leasing office to find more information about our guest parking policy.
